‍Due to the nature of digital marketing services and the time invested upfront in strategy, setup, and fulfillment, all payments made to Workhorse Growth are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

However, we stand by the quality of our service. If you believe there was a failure in delivery according to the agreed scope of work, please contact support@workhorsegrowth.com within 14 days of the issue, and we’ll conduct a fair review.

‍2. Delivery / Fulfillment Policy

‍Workhorse Growth provides digital marketing services, including ad campaign setup, lead generation, CRM onboarding, and AI-powered receptionist systems.Typical timelines:

Onboarding: 2–5 business days after contract signing and intake form submission.

Campaign Launch: Within 7–10 business days after onboarding is completed.

Lead Fulfillment: Ongoing, with delivery based on ad performance, service area demand, and budget allocation.Clients will receive leads through email, SMS, and CRM notifications (GoHighLevel or similar).

All leads are exclusive and geo-targeted unless stated otherwise.

‍3. Return Policy

‍As a service-based business, Workhorse Growth does not deliver physical goods. Therefore, there is no return policy applicable.

If you are dissatisfied with service delivery, please contact us to initiate a performance review. We are committed to long-term success and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

‍4. Cancellation PolicyMonth-to-Month Clients:

You may cancel your services at any time by providing written notice via email at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing periods.
